CA ClientOps sends each client their checklist on WhatsApp, collects the files from their phone, checks every one, and gives your team a queue of jobs that are ready to work on.
Hello Rahul, these are still pending for October 2026 GST:
October closes on the 31st. Before GSTR-1 goes out on the 11th, your team needs sales, purchases and bank statements from every client on monthly GST. Most of it arrives in WhatsApp groups, in pieces, after several reminders.
Files reach your team through groups, personal numbers, email and couriers. Orange dots are documents someone had to ask for a second time.
Every file goes through the same link and the same checks. A file that fails a check goes straight back to the client with the reason.
Each staff member sends near-identical messages to dozens of clients every month, and keeps track of who replied in a spreadsheet or in their head.
Documents arrive in group chats, personal numbers and inboxes. Someone renames each one and files it against the right client and month.
The partner finds out a client was late when the return is late. When the assigned person is on leave, their clients go quiet.
We do not quote time savings in advance. During the pilot the product counts how many follow-ups each completed checklist took, and we compare that with your own count from the month before.
Shree Sai Packaging in Bhiwandi, one of 12 clients at a fictional firm. Rahul Kadam handles their accounts. Watch what he sees on his phone and what your team sees, side by side.
This is a working prototype. The staff app and the client’s phone share one state, so an upload on the phone changes the firm’s side straight away. Next day moves the clock, and reminders go out at 10:30 each morning.
Rahul’s messages are set to Marathi. Switch the language to see the same template in English or Hindi.
Fictional firm, fictional clients, synthetic data. Phone numbers and GSTINs are masked placeholders. Nothing is sent anywhere.
We start on the first of a month so the pilot covers two complete periods, November and December. Your existing process keeps running alongside for the first cycle.
| Measure | How it is counted | Compared with |
|---|---|---|
| Follow-ups per completed checklist | Messages sent to a client before all their documents arrived, counted by the product | Your count of reminders for the month before the pilot |
| Days to review-ready | Days from period end until every required document is in | Your records for the same clients, where available |
| Complete by your cut-off | Share of pilot clients with everything in by your internal date | The same share in the month before the pilot |
| Staff time on the tool | Your team’s estimate, collected at each weekly call | Counted as a cost, not hidden |
Your firm has a few staff and many clients, so plans grow with the number of clients you collect from. WhatsApp messages are included within a fair-use limit. Prices exclude GST.
Founding firms. The first three firms in the pilot get the Growth plan at ₹2,999 a month, held for 12 months after the pilot, in return for weekly feedback and, only if you agree to it, a short case study. The pilot months are billed at the same rate.
Annual billing gives two months free. One-time onboarding is ₹5,000 for import, checklist setup and training. WhatsApp use above 10 messages per active client a month is charged at cost, shown on your invoice.
We would like to sit with the partner and the person who chases clients, and go through how October’s GST data came in. We will show this prototype with your own checklist in it. Please bring:
