Import your clients from a spreadsheet

Bring up to 500 clients in at a time from a CSV file, with a preview before anything is saved.

Go to Clients, then Import clients. Download the sample CSV: it has the columns filled in with your own team's emails.
Fill in one row per client: client name, area, GSTIN (needed for GST clients), the team member's email, the contact's name, WhatsApp number and email, the language (English, Hindi or Marathi) and the services (GST, TDS or GST;TDS).
Upload the file. The columns can be in any order, and other columns are ignored.
Check the report: it shows each row that will be imported and each row with a problem, such as a GSTIN in the wrong format, a client already on your books or an unknown team member.
Press Import. Rows with problems are skipped; fix them in the file and import again.

Good to know

The import adds GST monthly and TDS quarterly. Add other services on a client's page.
An import does not record WhatsApp consent. Clients give it when they accept the privacy notice, or you record it on the client's page.
