Choose a plan and pay

Pick a plan before the trial ends, pay through Razorpay, and find your GST invoices.

  1. Go to Billing. Only a partner can see it. It shows the firm's plan, when the trial or the paid period ends, and the next charge.
  2. Fill in the billing details: the name on the invoice, your GSTIN if the firm is registered, the address, the state and the email for invoices, then press Save billing details. The state decides the tax: CGST and SGST for firms in Maharashtra, IGST elsewhere.
  3. Choose Monthly, or Yearly, two months free. Each plan shows its price without GST, the GST at 18% and the total.
  4. Press the button on the plan you want, such as Pay for Growth (Choose Growth in the setup). Razorpay opens: authorise the payment by card or UPI. During the trial nothing is charged until the trial ends; the first charge is on that day, then every month or year until you cancel.
  5. Each payment gets a GST tax invoice from Dinero Technologies Private Limited, under Billing, Invoices. Open one to print it or save it as a PDF.

Good to know

  • Plans differ only in how many active clients and people they allow. Usage, under Settings, shows where the firm stands; partners see a warning at 80% of a limit. At a limit, new clients or people cannot be added until you free a place or move to a bigger plan. Nothing already in the app stops, and WhatsApp messages over the monthly allowance still go out.
  • To change plan, use Change plan in Billing; the new plan starts when the current paid period ends.
  • To cancel, tick I want to stop the subscription under Cancel and press Cancel the subscription. Everything keeps working until the end of the paid period; during the trial nothing is charged.
  • If a payment fails, Razorpay tries again and the firm keeps working for 7 days. After that, or when a trial ends without a plan, the firm becomes read-only: everyone can still sign in, see and download everything, but nothing can be changed, reminders stop and clients cannot upload. Nothing is deleted, and paying ends read-only mode.
