Export your data

Take everything your firm keeps in Kagzaat, files included, in one zip.

  1. Go to Privacy and data. Only a partner can export.
  2. Press Export all of this firm's data. The export is prepared in the background, with no size limit.
  3. You get an email when it is ready. Download the zip from the same page; it is kept for 7 days.

Good to know

  • The zip has a CSV for clients, contacts, services, checklists, documents, messages, the audit trail and the team, every stored file in folders by client and period, and a README. Passwords and two-factor secrets are left out.
  • For one checklist's files, use Download all on its page. For a whole period, partners and managers can use Download for Tally on the dashboard: folders by client and document with a manifest. It is a set of files, not a Tally import.
